Usually, you could directly place your order though our online ordering system, include reproduction or custom oil paintings.
If you have concern about the full understanding of your request, you could also mail our customer support for communication beofre your order.

Painting quality control

Each order, we would show you the picture for approval before despatch.
Before your approval, we would not delivery your painting.

About personal information

We need your personal information, while just for purpose of accurate delivery and smooth communication.
We would handle with care of your personal information, and never share to any third party.
If you join our newsletter list, you would only receive a monthly newsletter from us, maybe new policy of us or discount coupon available.

About bulk orders

If you have a really large order, like 100 pcs of paintings, or order value is over 10,000$. Pls contact us.
One side, we have to check whether our artist have free hand on your order, Secondly, you are qualified for bulk order discount.

How you package

Paintings would packed with hard carton tube, rolled for delviery.
Framed painting will be packed with Carton, outside protected with wood bar.

How you delivery the paintings

We would delivery the paintings by DHL or Fedex or UPS, door to door service.
Usually it would take around3-7 days on the way.

If damaged during transportation, how your handle

Usually, you need to show us the digital picture of the damaged package or products.
And we would contact the carrier for compensation.
The carrier will directly remitance the compensation to you.

Notice the https , it stands for secure. Just pay with your credit card or debit card.

And if you have online banking account, wire transfer would also be a good option.

With eighter above mentioned method, your personal financial information will not be handled by us.
But handled by those most reputable company or your bank. It is safe to you, get yourself well protected

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our paintings, you could directly ask for refund.

After placing the order, within 12 hours, you could cancel the order and get the full money back.
If over 12 hours, you would get 80% refund. As we had already start process your order, we have the cost already.

If we are unable to offer your the picture for approval within a reasonable time limitation, you could get 100% money back
After the painting be ready while you are not satisfied with the picture of the painting. You could get 80% money back
After approval of the digital picture of the painting and we deliveried the painting to you. While you found it is not satisfiable. You still get refund.
Just send the painting back to us and you would get 50% refund.

Payment for bulk order

When order value is over US$10,000 , We would usually request wire transfer.
And we would adopt partial payment 30% in advance, and balance after approval of those digital pictures.

How your artworks been made?

All our paintings are been fully hand painted, no print. Generally be oil or Acrylic on canvas, watercolor, sketch also be available.

What is the quality of your art works

We offer only highest quality reproductions.

If i order a framed painting, will i get a frame and a painting or one assembled framed painting?

One assembled framed painting, ready to hang on your wall.

What is the material of the frames?

Generally the frames are made of pine wood, surface with paint or gold foil.

Who would paint these paintngs?

Some seasoned China artists, with at least 10 years of experience.
