3. Do I need make full payment while placing orders?
No,you could only pay 33% deposit in advance, and pay the balance when satisfied with the digital image of the painting.
4. How long does one commissioned portrait (from photo to canvas) take ?
Within 20 days from deposit payment .
5. Do you accept urgent order ? And if there any additional cost?
Yes, We do. please email us and state it. This would be additional charge 10$ for handle fee
6. I only know the author name and painting name, while no high resolution image ,what will happen?
Does not matter , we have the books of almost all the works in the history. We could check it here
7. In case any defect with the painting, while i like the rest part of the painting ,may i require an improvement?
Of course you can, before you reject it or accept it, you can ask ust to refine your portrait for numerous times
8. can I see my painting before shipping ? And how?
We will email you digital photo of your portrait with "closing ups". you can clearly see the brush strokes.
9. How do you ship me my oil paintings? And how long would the delivery take?
We Delivery your painting(s) byTNT or DHL or any other top courier your want,door to door service.3-5 days on the way
10. Will you have our contact information sold others?
No. we won't.We have strict privacy protect policy. Your information will never show to any third party under any situation.
11. Do you provide Frames ?
Yes, we offer custom frame service if needed.

17. How to process the commissioned oil paintings
Firstly, you could email us with your wanted pictures and requirement,and you contact information at the same time, mention us what size is wanted
Secondly, we would quot you with according suggestions.
Thirdly, you could manage the payment for that painting and then we would mail you back to confirm.
After another 15 days later, you would be shown about the ready painting for approval.
After approval, we would have the painting deliveried by Courier to you address.
18. If i want the back ground from one picture, and the figures from another picture, is it possible?
Yes,it is possible, we call this combined paintings
19. About performance time:
Usually, we would take 15 days for your portrait order
20. About the delivery:
Usually, we would adopt top courier to delivery your paintings. That would take 3-5 days to you door
